so if you did this to a save from a scenario, then suddenly you have the pre-made map in a multiplayer game! Then you move it into your multiplayer saves folder and load it as if it was already a game in progress. If you do this to a save that's in progress, it preserves the map including all civs, tiles and units. If you modify a save file, you can trick the game into believing the file came from a multiplayer game. It's pretty technical but not too hard if you have some knowledge of Civ 5 modding. I think it would be AMAZING to play mods or scenarios like Scramble for Africa, Rise of the Mongols, or Fall of Rome with other humans. Let me know what you think, and if you're able to test any of this that could really help make this possible, as I haven't been able to test it myself yet, at least not with other people. But I'm trying to fix that! I've figured some stuff out on how it might be possible to get scenarios working in multiplayer, so I thought I'd share.
